Lord, prepare our hearts for this holiday. Bless this time we spend with our loved ones, and for those who cannot, we ask that You would comfort them and that they would feel Your tangible presence. Thank you for the many blessings that you have showered on me, my family, my city, my state, and my nation. And comfort those who are alone today with Your very presence, Your love. Open their eyes to look to You and fill them up to know who You really are. In Jesus name amen
