Two U.S. doctors, Peter McCullough and James Thorp, are warning against the use of COVID-19 vaccines in pregnancy, arguing that they lack sufficient safety data.
MCCULLOUGH WARNS OF LACK OF SAFETY DATA ON COVID VACCINES IN PREGNANCY:
According to Dr. Peter McCullough, an internist, cardiologist, epidemiologist, and the Chief Scientific Officer of The Wellness Company, COVID vaccines should be considered “Pregnancy Category X,” which means that the risk of using the drug in pregnant women clearly outweighs any possible benefit.
“All drugs have a pregnancy category designation giving mothers and doctors guidance on what is known and how safe products are during pregnancy,” Dr. McCullough explains in his Substack post.
Category X “should have been assigned by the vaccine manufacturers and agreed to by the FDA and properly placed on all vaccine program documents since pregnancy and childbearing age without contraception were exclusions from the EUA registration trials,” he argues.
The cardiologist points out how even “well-intentioned pregnant mothers” have been getting “injected with synthetic lipid nanoparticles laced with long-lasting mRNA coding for the Wuhan Institute of Virology Spike protein.”
“How could this be happening with no mutagenicity or teratogenicity studies? How could good clinical practice by doctors be abandoned?” McCullough asks.
He goes on to express concern over the lack of assurance of gestational, peripartum, or long-term safety of the COVID shot.
“Pregnant mothers and vaccine center workers didn’t seem to care. There were no assurances of gestational, peripartum, or long-term safety. Would the baby be affected by this brand-new technology?” he asks. “The regulatory agencies and medical colleges appeared to be in a tranced oblivion.”
McCullough then notes that while there are more than a dozen papers concluding that COVID vaccines are “safe” in pregnancy, he believes each paper has critical flaws, including not being randomized, having no comparator group, being under limited time windows, having incomplete capture of clinical events.
He also notes the “conflict of interest with American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) who received [an] undisclosed sum of money from the White House HHS COVID-19 Community Core Fund to promote vaccination.”
“In drug safety research, even if it is only one abstract, manuscript, or monograph that raises a serious safety concern, it should be pursued over those which failed to find the signal,” McCullough writes.
The epidemiologist references the work of Dr. James Thorp, a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and maternal-fetal medicine physician, who used data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to compare COVID vaccines to influenza vaccines.
Dr. Thorp and colleagues found a “27-fold higher risk of miscarriage and more than a twofold increased risk across six categories of adverse fetal outcomes” in U.S. cases, McCullough explains.
“Because the mRNA is now known to circulate for 28 days or more and the Spike protein causes clotting, bleeding, and is known to damage tissues, my conservative conclusion is that COVID-19 vaccination remains pregnancy category X—contraindicated,” he concludes.
‘Contraindicated’ means that a medical treatment or medication should be avoided because it could be harmful to the patient.
THORP OFFERS TO TESTIFY IN LAWSUITS AGAINST THOSE PROMOTING THE VACCINE:
Dr. Thorp tweeted McCullough’s Substack piece to his followers and argued that the COVID vaccines in pregnancy “ARE CONTRA-Indicated and are Category X,” even offering his expert testimony for free.
“I, James A Thorp MD will offer PROBONO EXPERT TESTIMONY to SUE all physicians and/or employers pushing this lethal vaccine in my patients. You all are on NOTICE effective IMMEDIATELY,” he wrote in the Thursday Twitter post (also here).
Dr. Thorp tweeted elsewhere, “I will aggressively support any litigation be [it] civil or criminal against any physician or institution, pushing these vaccines and harming my pregnant women.”
In another tweet, Thorp accused researchers of publishing “unethical” and “false” articles and pointed to rampant corruption in the “medical industrial complex.”
“The spate of unethical underhanded articles from the highly biased UK researchers doing a meta-analysis is deceitful, underhanded and patently false,” Thorp wrote. “People the medical industrial complex is CORRUPT to the core and they own all the journals publishing this biased trash and lethal misinformation.”
“We will address this in a MAJOR PEER-Reviewed medical journal exposing their clear bias, conflict of interest, funding, employment by governments pushing this Category X drug in pregnancy,” he went on to say. “Healthcare workers, physicians and employers. YOU ARE OFFICIALLY put on notice. I will serve as a plaintiff EXPERT Witness suing for pushing this lethal CATEGORY X vaccine in my patients.”
Elsewhere, Thorp says that COVID-19 vaccines are the “MOST INFLAMMATORY substance EVER used in medicine.”
“I will stake my life on the VERACITY of this data,” Thorp tweeted in another post.
