Have you ever thought that we, as believers in Christ, have the authority to shine light in dark places for the purpose of seeing justice—not just for the purpose of evangelism?

We know that we are the light of the world for the purpose of evangelism. That is not controversial at all. Everyone who sees Jesus in a genuine disciple of Christ will be drawn to Jesus; that is what Jesus Himself promised. He told us pointedly that, if He is lifted up from the earth, He will draw all men to Himself. (See John 12:32.)

Let the IFA community know how to pray for you.

But we, the light of the earth, are also God’s agents of exposure. Light exposes, and it is Father’s will that all hidden things should be exposed. God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. He desires light, and not darkness, in every aspect of society—and that means He wants hidden things to be revealed and exposed for what they are.

As Jesus told us in Luke 8:17:

For nothing is secret that will not be revealed, nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light (Luke 8:17 NKJV).

I would like to encourage you today to pray prayers that use your light as a believer in Christ to EXPOSE.

Evil flourishes in darkness, but God always brings light wherever He is since He IS light. And many evils in our nation would not be able to perpetuate themselves if secrets were not kept. If all things that are currently being kept in darkness were revealed, the American people would no longer tolerate the evils being perpetuated upon them.

I would particularly like to apply this concept today to the exposure of puppetmasters in government.

Just as we saw in a children’s movie of decades past, there are big, bold voices booming overhead from our government. However, many suspect that there are small, slimy souls behind curtains who are controlling those big voices. If this is the case, then the puppetmasters should be exposed. And based on Luke 8:17, it IS God’s will to expose them.

Would you pray with me today for the hidden things to be revealed, and for any puppetmasters to be exposed?

Let’s pray as follows:

“Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus’ name.

Father God, thank You for being the Father of lights. You are light, and in You is no darkness at all. Thank You for being a consuming fire; our pillar of cloud by day and fire by night. We praise You, Father, for You are the great Revealer of secrets.

Abba Father, we boldly come before Your throne of grace today, where we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Lord God, we suspect that there are voices in government whom we do not see. We suspect that there are puppetmasters pulling the strings of the figures we do see. And we know that, if this is correct, it is not according to Your will.

Therefore, Abba Father, we unite and agree in prayer today in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus that You would expose and reveal all puppetmasters and dark voices that are hiding in the shadows:

• Give valor to holy whistleblowers who sound the alarm—and protect those whistleblowers when they do sound the alarm.
• Let the puppetmasters and puppets mess up and reveal themselves in ways that absolutely reveal the truth.
• Let the puppets’ and puppetmasters’ days of power be few, and let righteous ones take their offices.

We also ask that You would bring both the puppets and the puppetmasters to justice.

Lord, we ask that You would interfere and intervene with the two-tiered justice system, and that You would not only expose and reveal the puppetmasters and their puppets—but that You would also bring them to justice:

• Let the evidence against them be irrefutable.
• Let any crimes they have committed be exposed.
• Do not let them dodge, evade, or escape justice in any way. Bring them to account and punish the wicked while saving the righteous.

Father God, only You know all things. And so we call upon You as the great and mighty God of the universe, and we ask that You would expose all the hidden things that need to be exposed. Let Your light so shine before men, that they may see the evil works and spurn them—and that they may see Your good works and glorify You.

Thank You, Father. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.”

Friend, never get discouraged in praying about these big topics for the cause of righteousness and justice.

Even when things take time, the evil in our nation has been weighed in the balance and found wanting. Justice IS coming, and our God will save us. Never forget that!
