Whistleblower Claims FBI, DOJ Have Document Detailing Alleged Criminal Scheme Involving Biden – American Faith

A whistleblower has come forward alleging that the FBI and the Department of Justice (DOJ) are in possession of a document detailing a criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national, according to a report from Fox News.

According to House Oversight Committee Chairman Representative James Comer and Senator Chuck Grassley, the document suggests that money was exchanged for policy decisions.

Comer (R-KY) and Grassley (R-IA) have stated that the whistleblower alleges the document, an FBI-generated FD-1023 form, “includes a precise description of how the alleged criminal scheme was employed as well as its purpose.”

The document reportedly describes an arrangement involving an exchange of money for policy decisions.

In response to these allegations, Comer has issued a subpoena after receiving legally protected disclosures in Grassley’s office.

Grassley expressed concern, stating, “We believe the FBI possesses an unclassified internal document that includes very serious and detailed allegations implicating the current President of the United States.”

He further questioned the FBI’s actions in verifying and investigating these claims, citing their recent history of mishandling politically charged investigations.

Comer also voiced his concerns, stating that the information “raises concerns that then-Vice President Biden allegedly engaged in a bribery scheme with a foreign national.”

He emphasized the need for transparency, saying, “The American people need to know if President Biden sold out the United States of America to make money for himself.”

Both Comer and Grassley have pledged to seek the truth to ensure accountability for the American people.

The two lawmakers informed FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland of the “legally protected and highly credible unclassified whistleblower disclosures.”

In their letter, they noted that the DOJ and the FBI allegedly possess an unclassified FD-1023 form detailing “an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions.”

They reiterated the whistleblower’s claim that the document provides a precise description of the alleged scheme and its purpose.

Comer and Grassley expressed concern over the apparent specificity of the document and the DOJ and FBI’s ability to determine its truth and accuracy.

They also questioned the steps taken to investigate the matter and highlighted the “significant public interest in assessing the FBI’s response to this information.”

They further cited concerns about the DOJ and FBI’s track record of allowing political bias to influence their decision-making processes.

In their letter, Comer and Grassley emphasized the need for transparency and accountability, stating that the DOJ and FBI “appear to have valuable, verifiable information that you have failed to disclose to the American people.”

They announced their intention to conduct an independent and objective review of the matter, free from the agencies’ influence.

“Transparency brings accountability,” they concluded.

Chairman Comer’s committee has been investigating Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings, the involvement of the Biden family, and any potential involvement by President Biden, Fox notes, while Sen. Grassley has been investigating Hunter Biden’s business dealings and any alleged involvement by Biden since 2019 in the Senate.
