I purpose in my heart to be steadfast in my prayer life. To be continual in praise and to be intent in giving thanks to You in all situations. (See Col. 4:2)

I let my roots grow down into You, Lord, my life is built upon You. Then my faith will grow strong, and I will overflow with thankfulness. (See Col. 2:7)

I enter Your gates with thanksgiving and Your courts with praise. I bless Your name, for You are good and faithful to me. (See Ps 100:405)

Today, I will not be anxious or unsettled. Instead, I will pray and give thanks to You Lord. Thank You that my heart is steadfast, totally trusting in You. For this, I give You praise. (See Phil. 4:6)

Regardless of what is going on in my life, I choose to magnify Your name with thanksgiving and sing praises to You. (See Ps 7:17, Ps. 69:30)

I will not engage in foolish talk, negative speaking, or crude jokes, instead I will use my words to glorify and continually give thanks to the Lord my God. (See Eph. 5:4)

Today, I offer up to You a sacrifice of thanksgiving as I call upon the Lord Most High. (See Ps. 116:17)

My God, in everything, no matter what the circumstances may be, I choose to be grateful and give thanks – for this is the will of God for me in Christ Jesus! Thank You for empowering me to always give sincere thanks from the depths of my heart, in Jesus’ name. Amen. (See 1 Thess. 5:18)
