Statement from Dave Kubal, President/CEO of IFA on the assassination attempt of President Trump:
Yesterday afternoon in Butler, Pennsylvania, everything changed in our nation, not only with the unthinkable assassination attempt on President Donald J. Trump but also with the nation witnessing God’s undeniable hand of protection on this man’s life. It is truly a spiritual battle for our nation that is being played out before our eyes. The battle is not just against one man; it opposes the very plans God has laid out at the foundations of our nation. One brave man lost his life defending his family from the attack and two others were injured. We mourn the loss of Corey Comperatore and pray for his family and for those who were injured.
Our unwavering commitment to fervent and effective prayer for our nation is of utmost importance. A miracle occurred on that stage — divine protection of a man’s life. I believe we witnessed the direct result of God’s divine plans for our nation, fueled by our Spirit-led prayers.
President Trump’s courageous act of pumping his fist in the air, even as he was being rushed to safety, was a powerful reassurance to the American people. As our nation grapples with this event, we are reminded of the importance of God’s protection, the impact of prayer, and the enduring role of faith in our nation.
I urge you to join me in intensifying our fervent prayers for our nation. Let’s pray for the fulfillment of God’s purposes and plans for our nation, and for the supernatural protection of those chosen by God to bring these plans to fruition.
