Elon Musk Officially Endorses Trump Following Assassination Attempt – American Faith

Former President Donald Trump faced an assassination attempt on the campaign trail at today’s rally in Butler, PA.

Following the shooting, countless individuals have spoken out and announced their support for Republican nominee.

Free speech activist and X owner Elon Musk is among those who pledged their support for Trump.

Musk’s support of Trump comes amidst his ever-growing right-leaning tendencies. Since buying X, formerly Twitter, Musk has advocated for free speech and spoken out against the online censorship many conservatives have historically faced.

Historically, Musk has voted for Democrats, including Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Biden in 2020.

Musk’s move across the political aisle is expected to benefit Trump, as his online following amounts to nearly 190 million followers.

Since the debates, confidence in Biden has only decreased, leaving many Democrat and Moderate voters uncertain how they will vote this November.

Trump’s strength and response to the attempt on his life today speaks volumes of his character and leadership, leading Musk to later tweet: “Last time America had a candidate this tough was Theodore Roosevelt.”
