The funeral is taking place in Toronto’s iconic St. Paul’s Basilica, the oldest Catholic church in the city.

For over 40 years, Jim served as a leader in the pro-life movement, both in Canada and internationally. He was the president of Campaign Life Coalition for three decades, a former vice-president of International Right to Life, and the founder of Canada’s pro-life The Interim newspaper. He was also instrumental in the founding of both LifeSiteNews and REAL Women of Canada.

Jim was a devout Catholic and a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
