OTTAWA, Ontario (LifeSiteNews) — Pro-family Christian activist and high school student Josh Alexander is set to be the youth leader for the “Million Person March” against LGBT ideology in schools this September in Ottawa.
On August 16, Josh Alexander, a 17-year-old student activist from Ontario, announced that he will be acting as the youth leader for the Million Person March, a pro-family protest organized by Canadian Muslims slated to take place on September 20, 2023 in the nation’s capital.
“I am excited to announce that I will be throwing my support behind the Million Man March as the youth leader from coast to coast,” he said. “I will be in Ottawa for September 20th.”

“The innocence of the youth must be protected,” Alexander told LifeSiteNews. “It is our duty to see to it. I am excited to be able to represent the younger population who are fed up with the woke indoctrination.”
Last year, then-16-year-old Alexander became famous for refusing to cave to LGBT ideology in his school and for speaking out against male students entering female bathrooms.

As a Christian, Alexander maintains that God made human beings male and female, but this view was not supported by his local Catholic school in the Renfrew District Catholic School Board in Ontario.
However, Alexander refused to back down from his beliefs and was indefinitely suspended from St. Joseph’s Catholic School, rendering him unable to graduate.
Despite being arrested for protesting multiple times, Alexander continues the fight, traveling across Canada holding protests against the LGBT agenda.
The Million Person March, set for September 20, aims to gather Canadians of all faiths to march against LGBT ideology being pushed on children in the nation’s schools.
The event organizer, Ottawa businessman and Muslim activist Kamel El-Cheikh, was hopeful the event would have a good turnout, saying, “I am optimistic – absolutely. You know, if [there’s] one thing that’s going to inspire Canadians from coast to coast to go down and protest, it’s the kids and their innocence and it’s families.”
While Alexander and El-Cheikh differ in their religions, they are united in their dedication to fight LGBT indoctrination.
Recent months have seen an increase in Muslims and Christians joining forces in the fight to defend children from LGBT ideology.
On June 1, thousands of students across Canada stayed home as part of a Campaign Life Coalition initiative to protest the promotion of “Pride Month” in the public education system, with at least one school reportedly having 75 percent of its students missing.
In June, video footage of Muslim boys trampling “pride” flags at a pro-family rally organized by Alexander went viral.
However, the Trudeau government has been working to break the common bond between Christians and Muslims.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau recently lectured Muslims on participating in these pro-family events, claiming that the protests are “fueled by the American right-wing.”
Trudeau then claimed that online material is “being weaponized by people who are not doing it because of their interest in supporting the Muslim community.”
Local law enforcement has also joined Trudeau in his effort to break up the pro-family alliance between Canadian Muslims and Christians.
On August 3, an audio recording was posted to social media of a Calgary police officer telling a Canadian Muslim man organizing protests against LBGT indoctrination in schools that the white Canadians protesting alongside him secretly “hate Muslims” and are “white supremacists.”
