Biden’s White House Implicated in Trump’s Trials – Intercessors for America

Prosecutors in not one, but TWO of Trump’s legal cases were documented meeting with the Biden White House. Why? Was the Biden administration directing the prosecution of the former president?

From Heavy. Nathan Wade is a private attorney in Georgia who is accused of having a romantic relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis while working as a special prosecutor in the case Willis filed against former President Donald Trump and his associates.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the accusations were lodged in a public court filing by the attorney for Michael Roman, who is arguing the charges are unconstitutional.

That filing can be read in full here. Heavy obtained it from the office of Roman’s attorney Ashleigh Merchant. …

The accusation is that Willis chose Wade as a special prosecutor out of normal procedure and the financially benefited because he paid for trips with her after receiving county funds.

Willis has not responded to the accusations, other than to say through a spokeswoman that she will respond “through appropriate court filings,” according to AJC. …

The court documents, which included Wade’s invoices, also say he met with the Biden White House twice while special prosecutor. …

The court filing zeroes in on the alleged relationship as grounds to dismiss the case, but it does not offer proof.

“The district attorney chose to appoint her romantic partner, who at all times relevant to this prosecution has been a married man,” the filing alleges.

“Admittedly, this is a bold allegation considering it is directed to one of the most powerful people in the State of Georgia, the Fulton County District Attorney,” it says.

“Nevertheless, the district attorney’s fame and power do not change the fact that she decided to appoint as the special prosecutor a person with whom she had a personal relationship and who is now leading the day-to-day prosecution of this case. Even assuming this type of nepotism might be forgiven in the abstract, a review of the amount of money that the special prosecutor has been paid by the district attorney and the personal activities of the district attorney and the special prosecutor during the pendency of this prosecution shed light on just how self-serving this arrangement has been.”

The filing asks the judge to “disqualify Willis, Wade and their respective offices and firms from any further involvement in the prosecution of this matter.” …

From Fox News. The Fulton County, Georgia, prosecutor with whom District Attorney Fani Willis allegedly had an “improper” romantic relationship met with the Biden White House twice last year as he worked to investigate former President Trump’s alleged election interference, according to court documents.

According to a new filing from a co-defendant in the Trump case, Willis hired special prosecutor Nathan Wade, her alleged partner, to prosecute Trump. …

But also embedded in the filing are invoices for the Law Offices of Nathan J. Wade. One invoice calls attention to “Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.”

Wade billed the county for a May 23, 2022, event described as “Travel to Athens; Conf with White House Counsel.” Wade charged $2,000 for eight hours at $250 an hour.

Several months later, Wade billed for “Interview with DC/White House” on Nov. 18, 2022. Wade again charged $2,000 for eight hours at $250 an hour, according to the documents.

The subject of the meetings remains unclear. …

“Fani Willis’ alleged romantic partner/special prosecutor coordinated with the White House while building the political prosecution of Donald Trump,” Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., posted on X in reaction to the filing Tuesday. “All on the taxpayer dime.” …

The revelations come as part of a motion that was filed on behalf of former Trump campaign official Michael Roman, a co-defendant in the case, in a bid to have the charges against him dismissed. …

From The Gateway Pundit. New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) visited the Biden White House three times between April 2022 and August 2023, according to White House visitor logs.

In September 2022, Letitia James announced a civil fraud lawsuit against former President Donald Trump and his family.

AG James has been investigating whether the Trump Organization inflated values of some of its properties. …

Letitia James said her office is seeking to:

  • Make Trump pay $250 million (now $350 million).
  • Ban the Trumps from running NY businesses for good.
  • Ban Trump and Trump Org from buying commercial real estate in NY for 5 yrs.
