Good Faith Advocates Program Launches at Good Faith Media

Good Faith Advocates is a new advocacy and action network created by Good Faith Media.

Good Faith Advocates are people committed to GFM’s mission of providing reflection and resources at the intersection of faith and culture through an inclusive Christian lens. For those wanting more information and input into GFM’s mission, joining the Good Faith Advocates network will be crucially important.

Advocates will be provided resources and opportunities to be more involved in “Standing Up, Speaking Out and Stepping Forward” to promote an inclusive and just gospel, and they will help GFM expand its reach and influence.

Advocates will be invited to attend in-person or virtual monthly meetings with GFM’s CEO, staff and distinguished guests to discuss critical topics and communication strategies. In addition, advocates will be notified about GFM events and experiences ahead of the general public, as well as other opportunities.

The first Good Faith Advocates meeting will be Thursday, February 2, at 2:00 p.m. ET (1:00 p.m. CT) and will feature special guest Matthew Dowd, a popular political pundit and consultant who currently works for MSNBC as an analyst. He is deeply committed to his Christian faith, is the author of the book Revelations on the River, and joined Missy and Mitch as a guest on Good Faith Weekly on Oct. 21, 2022.

“Our world stands at a crossroads, staring down two paths. There is a path of darkness that perpetuates fear, hate, division, injustice and exclusion. An alternative path of light promotes grace, mercy, love, solidarity, inclusion, hope, justice and freedom,” said Mitch Randall, CEO of Good Faith Media. “We know of ‘a better way’ to practice our faith in the public square, advocating the cause of inclusion, freedom and justice for all. The GFM staff looks forward to working alongside the Good Faith Advocates as we try to make the world a better place.”
