Lifefunder helps support flourishing Traditional Latin Mass seminary in Brazil – LifeSite

CAMPOS, Brazil (LifeSiteNews) — LifeSiteNews has launched a Lifefunder to help support Immaculate Conception Seminary in Campos, Brazil, near Rio de Janeiro, which trains men for the priesthood according to the ancient form of the liturgy for the Roman Rite, the Traditional Latin Mass.

Immaculate Conception is the seminary for the Personal Apostolic Administration of Saint John Marie Vianney in Campos, Brazil, a diocese created by Pope John Paul II in 2002 specifically for priests who wish to offer the Traditional Latin Mass. The Personal Apostolic Administration was erected by the Holy See by the decree Animarum Bonum to conserve the liturgical, doctrinal and cultural traditions of the Catholic Church in full communion with the Magisterium.

The seminary is flourishing with vocations, but this stronghold of Catholic tradition still needs prayerful financial support to complete the structure and meet the needs of its inspired mission. “Friends of Campos” is the organization charged with raising funds and awareness for the Immaculate Conception Seminary.

In an onsite video, LifeSiteNews director of LifeSite League Tim Jackson offers a firsthand look as he tours the seminary, meets its inhabitants, and learns about the life, needs, and traditional spirituality of this faithful Catholic community.

As Jackson indicates, it costs only $300 per month to form a traditional seminarian at Immaculate Conception Seminary. Your prayers and material support in ensuring their continued vocational growth will bear an abundance of fruit, not least in working toward the salvation of many souls.

Friends of Campos, Inc. is a US-based not-for-profit (501c3) that supports the social and educational projects of the Personal Apostolic Administration of Saint John Marie Vianney, most of which are located around the diocese of Campos dos Goytacazes in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
