In a post on Truth Social on Tuesday, Trump encouraged his followers to acquire their own copy of the Bible, featuring a prominent photo of himself alongside country music singer Lee Greenwood. 

The Bible, priced at $59.99, includes the chorus of Greenwood’s song “God Bless the USA,” along with copies of key American documents that everyone should be familiar with like the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, and Pledge of Allegiance.

In a video on the accompanying website, Trump emphasizes his partnership with Greenwood and expresses his commitment to promoting the King James Bible. He reaffirms his support for God and the Constitution, stating, “Religion and Christianity are the biggest things missing from this country, and I truly believe that we need to bring them back.”

Trump also mentions that the Bible is his favorite book and asserts that he owns many copies. The website proudly declares that it is the only Bible endorsed by President Trump, although it clarifies that it is not affiliated with any political campaign or entities associated with Trump.

The site notes that the use of Trump’s name, likeness, and image is under a paid license from CIC Ventures LLC, emphasizing that it is not politically driven. Greenwood, addressing concerns about the Bible’s alignment with Christian nationalism, dismissed such criticisms as part of the “cancel culture” phenomenon, defending the promotion of the word of God.
