Louisiana Requests Criminal Referral for Fauci, Other Health Officials – American Faith

The District Attorneys of nine Louisiana parishes have received criminal referral requests for a number of public health officials.

The referrals call for investigations against former NIAID Director Dr. Anthony Fauci, former CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak, former FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn, and others, due to their crimes committed against parish citizens throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Caddo, East Baton Rouge, Jefferson, St. Tammany, Orleans, Lafayette, Lafourche, Tangipahoa, and Rapides are the parishes at the forefront of the referrals.

Several of the crimes allegedly committed by the health officials include terrorism, first and second-degree murder, human trafficking, false imprisonment, manslaughter, and battery, among others.

“The Vires Law Group together with the Edward L. Tarpley, Jr., APLC, and with the support of the Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation, announce the submission of requests to the District Attorneys of nine Louisiana parishes to initiate criminal investigations of Dr. Anthony Fauci and other officials for alleged crimes committed against citizens of Louisiana prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic,” a news release states.

The referrals were made on behalf of next-of-kin relatives of “nine victims in Louisiana who have sought their assistance in requesting investigation into the deaths of their loved ones under COVID protocols, intentional COVID-19 infection mismanagement, and suppression and denial of life-saving treatments in Louisiana hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities,” the release adds.
