The case holding the U.S. Constitution was the target of an attack by climate activists.
The activists threw red power on themselves and the Constitution and were subsequently arrested.
“We’re calling for all people to have all these rights, not just wealthy, white men,” one activist said. “We all deserve clean air and water, food, and a livable climate.”
The man then called for President Joe Biden to “declare a climate emergency.”
One of the activists was previously arrested for blocking traffic.
