Pro-life medical missionary to discuss serving the poorest of the poor on The John-Henry Westen Show – LifeSite

(LifeSiteNews) – The Silent Children’s Mission (SCM) is a Canada-based organization dedicated to sharing the love of Christ with the poorest of the poor. Through non-profit fundraising, SCM relieves the suffering of those who do not have a voice – especially women and children.

Tomorrow John-Henry Westen sits down with Francesca (Frankie) Burg-Feret, a Professor of Nursing and the Executive Director of SCM, to learn more about how her organization is dedicated to furthering the pro-life and pro-family mission among the poorest countries and populations in the world.

Burg-Feret shares incredible stories stemming from her personal experience working for the Silent Children’s Mission including:

  • participating in service trips to Haiti
  • leading groups of health-science students to Guatemala
  • encouraging expectant mothers to choose life
  • and so much more!

Viewers will also get a firsthand look at Burg-Feret’s passion for the poor, and learn more about this authentically Catholic and pro-life charity, including:

  • The moving origin story behind The Silent Children’s Mission
  • The Christ-like generosity and charity of Dr. Andrew, Joan Simone, and others
  • The boundless humility and beauty found in selflessly serving the poorest among us

SCM recalls the words of Christ in Matthew 25:40: “Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.” SCM is building a culture of life with boots-on-the-ground and lifechanging service worldwide.
