It seems like everyone you know has a podcast these days.
From humor to pop culture to history and everything in between, there’s a podcast about everything these days. In a time when we’re almost oversaturated with options, it can be hard to determine which podcasts are worth your time.
We consider ourselves to be a bit of podcast experts (we do happen to have a great one of our own) so we thought we’d help you navigate the world of podcasts. These are just the tip of the iceberg, but there’s plenty of content here that will change the way you view the world.
Armchair Expert
Dax Shepherd is known mostly for his acting roles and his marriage to The Good Place‘s Kristen Bell. But on Armchair Expert, Shepherd and co-host Monica Padman take a closer look at the “messiness of humanity.” Through conversations and interviews with other celebrities and experts, Armchair Expert gets honest and vulnerable about what it really means to be a human.
Revisionist History
Malcolm Gladwell, a New York Times bestselling author and a TIME Magazine 100 most influential person, is the man behind the Revisionist History podcast. The podcast “revisits the past” and examines how it is affecting our present and future. Gladwell takes a closer look at historical figures and events, including the things historians might have misunderstood or overlooked. He gives new perspective to what has happened in the past, as well as what could have happened if things occurred differently.
