WHO Update: The Devil Is in the Details – Intercessors for America

Reading Time: 6 minutes

Intercessors, as previously reported, the World Health Assembly lost its battle to pass a Pandemic Treaty at their annual meeting May 27–June 1, 2024. Additionally, it passed “a weakened version of amendments to the International Health Regulations.” Nevertheless, keep in mind that the war against health freedom and sovereignty is far from over. The good news is that resistance to the WHO was strong, and this itself was a great victory. With both national and global exposure to the WHO’s plans, the cat is now out of the bag and it cannot be put back in. But the WHO and its working groups are collaborating to find other ways to conceal their goals and move forward, in spite of the loud voices of opposition. In that respect, the devil is in the details, and these details must be addressed.

Liberty Counsel recently reported that the delayed treaty and “weakened” language of the amendments is a huge victory. “This will keep national sovereignty intact, for nowor until the treaty passes.”

A package of modified IHR amendments was passed during the annual meeting, but it should be noted that only about 1/3 of the member nations were present for this supposed vote that occurred at the 11th hour. Moreover, Reggie Littlejohn, Co-founder of the Sovereignty Coalition, has stated, “The manner in which the IHR Amendments were passed flagrantly violates the WHO’s own rules. In defiance of the requirement to submit proposed amendments four months in advance of a vote, the WHO released final text just hours before the final vote…the WHO’s tossing out of its own rule indicates its disregard for the rule of law. If it is willing to disregard such an important safeguard as Article 55, what is stopping it from disregarding any other provision in the IHRs?”

The WHO is now VERY AWARE of the global resistance to both the Pandemic Treaty and the IHR. Therefore, they have redoubled their efforts to move forward. Former Congresswoman Michele Bachmann has been closely following the WHO and its global health governance plans. She explains that the WHO has now scheduled a meeting for July 2024, in a bold attempt to pass the global pandemic treaty. Unfortunately, there is zero transparency on what this exact process will be, or what it will accomplish.

As the WHO’s working groups meet in the near future, the major concern is that stealth attempts will be made to regain power, as staunch advocates for One Health look for ways to mandate the provisions in the Pandemic Treaty and IHR amendments.

The current language is “weakened” by using phrases such as, “upon their request,” or “as national laws allow.”  Also, a nation “must first ask for, or accept help before the WHO launches a political/medical effort within that nation.” But as meetings continue, will this language be amended? If so, how many times, and in what particular areas? Also, what happens if a particular nation asks for help from the WHO? Are the people of that nation now subjected to the WHO’s every command?

Even more concerning is the Biden Administration’s public support for the Pandemic Treaty and the IHR amendments as seen in a document that was released just ahead of the WHA meetings in April 2024 titled, U.S. Global Health Security Strategy 2024. This 60-page global health security framework shows a strong willingness to comply and move forward with the WHO’s plans for future pandemics, as well as laying the groundwork for global healthcare. Furthermore, this same administration “pushed for (and got passed) a resolution on ‘Social Participation for Universal Health Coverage.’ This document touched on everything from controlling information the WHO doesn’t like, to pushing for universal health care.” For the time being, the resolution is non-binding, but the document asks the Director General of the WHO to “accelerate equitable progress towards universal health coverage (for 1 billion people), health security and the health-related Sustainable Development goals.”

While all of this has not been launched and there have been significant delays in accomplishing these plans, it shows that the globalists are aiming for a particular target. As of now, they may have missed the bullseye, but they are reloading their arrows and getting ready to strike again.

There is speculation as to why the WHO continues rushing towards its goals, in spite of resistance. The current newsfeeds may provide clues as to why the need is so urgent. Stories have been trending about bird flu (H5NI) and the possibility of it causing a worldwide pandemic. The WHO’s chief scientist, Jeremy Farrar, warned at a press conference that “there’s an increasing threat of human-to-human transmission.” In the past few weeks, the fear factor has been ramped up, as it’s now being reported that bird flu cases have been found in not just birds and cows, but also in several dairy workers. Just recently, it was reported by the WHO that a man in Mexico died from the bird flu back in April. Though this case of bird flu was from a different subtype, it has been successful in moving the narrative forward that vaccines are the only way to fight a pandemic.

The High Wire reveals, “experimental vaccines are being created and stockpiled for potential use in humans and poultry against Bird Flu (H5N1)…Moderna is in the process of getting millions of government funding from the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) for a late-stage mRNA avian influenza vaccine.”

During the 2024 World Health Assembly,  the Director General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, delivered a talk at a special event titled, “Celebrating 50 years of immunization progress.” He made it clear that anti-vaxxers are a threat and when it comes to vaccines, no debate is allowed. He stated, “It’s time to be more aggressive in pushing back anti-vaxxers. I think they used Covid as an opportunity, and you know all the havoc they are creating.” Tedros also praised GAVI (The Vaccine Alliance), which is funded by Bill Gates.

In addition to all that is mentioned above, there is an election coming up in November. It is well-known that President Donald Trump had already set the wheels in motion to remove the U.S. from the WHO while he was in office. In contrast, President Joe Biden put those wheels into high gear, drawing the nation back into this global organization. Trump has already declared, “I am hereby demanding that Joe Biden submit these monstrosities to the Senate as treaties…If he does not, I will rip them up and throw them out on day one of the Trump administration.”

Looking at all these devilish details, it’s easy to see the big picture. While meetings catapult forward and the WHO aims for the bullseye of global healthcare, there’s still much that can be amended, strengthened and/or added into the current documents. As far as the Pandemic Treaty and the latest version of the IHR, Liberty Counsel points out four main issues that are of greatest concern, which further reiterate the need for the U.S. to withdraw from the WHO completely.

  • The possible establishment of vaccine passports for everyone on the planet. (If paper passports and IDs were to go digital, this would create a massive system of surveillance, monitoring everything from bank accounts to social media posts. This opens the door for a social credit system.) The WHO already has a framework for this if they are given the authority and the green light to launch it.
  • The requirement that every state party “strengthen its capabilities to address misinformation and disinformation.” (Currently we have significant  pushback in this area, but we must still be vigilant and demand our lawmakers honor the Constitution).
  • Establishment of an authorized government authority in every nation that reports to the WHO with control over medical resources and supply chains.
  • Empowerment of the Director-General of the WHO, who could be given the power to declare a “public health emergency of international concern.”

In light of all these details, it is important that we do not become discouraged. As stated before, resistance is growing and will continue to grow if we do not give up. All of this simply means that as intercessors we cannot put our weapons down. Prayer, fasting, as well as action must continue. Also understand that this issue will be in a constant state of motion so this also requires much diligence in keeping up with the latest developments.

In the meantime, it’s not just important, but it’s imperative that we continue reaching out to lawmakers, urging them to support HR 79, which will remove the U.S. from the WHO. Moreover, we should continue urging Congress to act now by requiring that any WHO agreement be subject to a 2/3 vote of the U.S. Senate (HR 1425, S 444). We can also participate in, or support freedom movements that are tirelessly working on ways to stop the WHO.

We’ve won some battles, but the war continues. But never fear because we have a weapon the globalists do not possess. We have Jesus Christ, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He will never leave or forsake us.

What shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us, Romans 8:31.

How are you praying about the WHO meetings which are being planned in the near future?
